We reserve the right to withhold or decline commission if unauthorised links or voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. This applies, although not limited to, to publishers promoting codes exclusive to other publishers.
At our sole discretion, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of the Program, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the rights to make any changes we feel necessary to these terms and conditions.
Commissions earned will be via PayPal. You must make sure you have entered a valid email address that corresponds to your PayPal account to receive your payment. This can be edited in your affiliate area.
Commissions will be paid on the 28th of the following month. For example, all commissions earned in January will be paid 28th of February. (May take longer to receive into your account).

You must not create artwork for ProperMuscle for use on your website. We will be more than happy to supply all your artwork upon request.
